* It will take you to the regular login screen. You will be sent to a login screen and you will see:
“Are you a member but don't have a user name and password?” Click Here to activate your account!
Click on the ‘Click Here’ link. You will then be sent to a screen that will ask for your player’s first and last name, an email address (this is the address that your new password information will be sent to) and your player’s birth date. Once you have filled in the information, click ‘Request Login’. Retrieve your new username and password from your email. A link to login will also be included in the email. Click on that link and login with the new username and password provided in the email. (IF YOU DO NOT GET THE EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER)
You will then be taken to a screen welcoming you to the Members Only Area of USA Volleyball. You will see: TO APPLY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE CLICK HERE (You will also see a link to the Medical Release Form if applicable). Now, please click on the ‘Here’ link. You will then be sent to a screen with your player’s information.
Follow the directions to update your player’s information and continue to the next screen. VERY IMPORTANT…PLEASE SELECT ‘SUMMER OUTDOORS’ for your club affiliation. Select a Junior or Adult Summer Outdoor membership $15.00 this will only be good for Outdoor Tournaments from 4/1/11 – 9/30/11.
When you submit your registration, a screen confirming your registration will appear. You may print this screen for your records if you desire. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. That is the copy you must print with membership fees to the Summer Outdoor Tournament Director unless you pay online then you just need your USAV Card which you can print and present it at tournament registration site to avoid delay in processing. |
